Followings are part of our advanced technology developed through many years of study and manufacturing experiences. Contents of our technical article are patented and have all rights reserved.

1、Basic structure of our driver unit

Feature ① Steady tone quality is obtained, because of    
lead wire of voice coil is not bonded to the
diaphragm Minimizing the numbers of bonding
process on diaphragm causes more uniform in
tone quality.

② No restriction for housing design without
bonding lead wire on the diaphragm is         
advantageous for the miniaturization of the
housing.
① Steady tone quality is not obtained easily,  
because both of voice coil and the lead wire are
bonded to diaphragm. More bonding on the
surface of diaphragm causes less uniform in
tone quality.

② A restriction caused by bonding lead wire on
the diaphragm is disadvantageous for the
miniaturization of the housing.

2)Ring less for diaphram and Method of bonding for diaphram

Feature
①The edge of the diaphragm is directly bonded to the edge of york and this method can increase the diameter of diaphragm and increase the effective area of the diaphragm. Thus the tone quality can be improved compared to former same diameter of speaker.

②Steady tone quality is obtained, because the bonding process that causes that affect to the tone quality will be done at one process .
①Since the edge of the diaphragm is bonded to the ring on the york, the diameter of the diaphragm is limited by wideness of the ring.

②The diaphragm is bonded to the case, voice coil and the lead wire through 3 to 4 of bonding processes. Thus the steady quality is not obtained easily , because the bonding processes will cause of less uniform in tone quality easily.
Structure
1) Ring-less type
The diaphragm is bonded to the edge (A) of york directly. Compared to former Ring-type, size of (A) should be smaller than size of (B) (See Fig on the right side), thus the diameter of diaphragm can be larger and increased the effective area of the diaphragm.  

2)Method of Bonding on Diaphragm
The lead wire of the voice coil is pulling to the back side through the central portion of the driver unit, without bonding lead wire of to diaphragm for fixation.

1)Ring-type
The diaphragm is bonded to the ring part. The diameter of diaphragm is limited by size of (B), thus the diameter of diaphragm can be smaller and decreased the effective area of the diaphragm compared to ring-less type.


2)Method of Bonding on Diaphragm
Except bonding the edge of diaphragm to the case, a voice coil and the lead wire are needed to bond for fixation at a diaphragm for pulling out the lead wire to outer side.

3) Hard-dome

Feature
①The dome of the diaphragm is reinforced with the rib, and the vibration (Moving) is prevented from rolling and twisting. By using Hard-dome, it is possible to reduce the height of dome keeping the tone quality for miniaturization of the housing.

②The stereo live sound image is improved and more vivid tone quality is available.
①Without Hard-dome, the rolling and twisting may be caused easily when the vibration starts. Thus it is difficult to reduce the height of dome keeping the tone quality for miniaturization of the housing.

②Compared to Hard-dome, Clear stereo live sound image and vivid tone quality are not obtained easily.
